e have supported diverse participants on different tender processes by advising them in compliance verification regarding environmental matters, the obligations to which they may be subject and in the review of clauses in order to avoid leaving gaps that could represent points of conflict in the future between the Authority and the tender winner. Such information is also used to negotiate diverse aspects of the tenders.
