he Firm created the environmental strategy for the first PPA in energy power, the first project of LNG at Altamira, as well as those related with the redefinition of the environmental problems for the reconversion of refineries in Mexico.
It has provided legal counsel to all the PPAs agreed from 2000 onwards, in a sales scheme for the Federal Commission of Electricity (CFE), also assisting multinational companies hiring under the referred scheme; and was responsible for placing such projects in operation.
We have also assessed CFE in various transactions and in the application of environmental provisions.
