e have participated in diverse transactions related to energy and infrastructure projects at a large scale, advising both creditors and debtors on social and environmental risks that could influence the development of projects.

The Firm is very familiar with international evaluation standards such as those prepared by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), among others.

We have also worked with many of the signors of the Equator Principles as well as with non-signatory countries in the implementation of possible risks management criteria.

An environmental conservationist policy throughout the World has inclined financing policies to become more stringent, reaching Mexican banks.

The Country has had to integrate such policy and financing scheme, providing the Firm with the opportunity to create chapters of environmental-financial clauses, representing the banks pioneers in the sector.
