he Firm engages in Municipal legislations regarding land use, analyzing every project in an integral way, and elaborating prefeasibility analyses in order to determine whether the activities intended are compatible with the land uses authorized in accordance with Urban Development Plans, State Laws, Municipal regulations and the Federal legislation, including the possible existence of Natural Protected Areas.
